A good paving job has many different factors that contribute to the overall outcome. Asphalt is a material where tradeoffs need to be made in order to optimize performance of the product. The specific use of the asphalt will help to determine the material that will work best for each individual customer. Courser material is stronger but finer material looks better. Softer material lasts longer and is more crack resistant but may be too soft for a specific use.

Once a mix design is chosen, the material must be placed correctly to achieve maximum durability. The asphalt must be at the proper temperature and needs to be rolled at just the right times to obtain both compaction and a smooth finished surface.Pavement construction is as much an art as a science and both good training and experience are important. Our foremen have the experience of working with all types of paving. Our equipment is modern and well maintained and our crews are thoroughly trained to provide the highest quality work.

Repair Work: Our experienced project managers specialize in repair work and have the knowledge necessary to determine the most cost effective solution for your pavement problems. Whether your pavement needs removing, skin patching, overlay, or just crack filling, and sealing. Our managers and crews can provide the best answer for your repair needs.

Petromat: Petromat is a fabric that is installed between layers of pavement to increase its strength, provide better resistance to cracking and create a moisture barrier. Petromat overlays are often the most cost effective way to renew and strengthen old asphalt. To obtain the benefits of petromat, it must be installed correctly and with the proper materials and equipment.

Slurry Seal: Slurry seal is a protective sealer over existing asphalt that will help to prolong the life of your investment; it is also an inexpensive way to improve the appearance of your property. An old, stained or faded parking lot can often be transformed into a new looking asset with a fresh coat of seal. Sealing every 3-5 years prevents erosion and breakdown while providing a smooth, black surface that is visually appealing. Many of our customers take a proactive approach to maintenance by sealing more often than they need to for surface preservation because of the substantial aesthetic improvement it provides.

Striping, Numbering and Stenciling: Stall striping, stencil work, ADA requirements, new and existing layouts. Standard and special signage.

adacompliance
In 1992 the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) went into effect, strictly enforcing codes and regulations for public businesses. This addition allows an entity to be sued under sate law for not complying with a federal or state code. Each year there are significant increases in the number of lawsuits filed for non-compliance. The professional property manager or landlord must keep abreast to the ever changing ADA codes. Let one of our project managers help identify the barriers, provide solutions and fix your problems. It's less expensive to fix a non-compliant issue prior to a lawsuit.
concrete
Our concrete crews can expertly handle parking lot or road related concrete work. We have completed many concrete curbs, swales, gutter, sidewalks, along with concrete parking lots, handicap ramps, truck docks, etc. Having our crews handle everything keeps you from having to hire someone else and helps us to coordinate a smoothly run project. In addition, our project planning helps us to provide recommendations to better suit your individual needs.
